Job responsibilities:
1、Be responsible for inspecting the supplier's product quality, supply capacity, enterprise quality assurance ability, enterprise reputation, etc
2. Inquire, compare and negotiate prices with suppliers, and report relevant information
3. Be responsible for dealing with abnormal procurement, return, replacement and compensation of suppliers to ensure the interests of the company
4. Responsible for supplier reconciliation, payment application and invoice follow-up;
5. Be responsible for the management, classification, sorting, filing and storage of supplier data, procurement contracts and other documents;
6. Skillfully use Excel, word and other office software, and skillfully operate the purchase, sale and inventory system;
7. Purchase standard parts, imported parts, processing price and non-standard processed parts according to order requirements;
8. Be responsible for monthly data docking with finance, and cooperate with inventory check at the end of the year;
Job requirements:
1. At least 3 years of relevant working experience, practical and stable, cheerful, flexible thinking, familiar with automation equipment parts is preferred;
2. Skilled use of Excel, word and other office software, skilled operation of Invoicing system;
3. Good language skills and strong communication and coordination skills, good at inquiry and negotiation;
4. Love purchasing, and have solid working experience in purchasing plan, production plan, order management, inventory control and supplier management;
5. Those who live in Minhang and Fengxian are preferred;
